Instructions for accessing your results online


You are reminded that any information appearing on the website is subject to breaches of confidentiality. For your protection, results are only available on computer terminals that allow secure access. Test your access by performing Step 1 above. If you get the disclaimer page, secure access is allowed. If you can't get past Step 1, access is limited. You will have to use another computer, one that allows connection to secure sites.

Failing this, send a request authorizing the Royal College to email or fax your exam result to you.

  1. Proceed to exam results for candidates
  2. In the “User name” field, enter your six- or seven-digit Royal College identification number as it appears on the first page of your appointment letter, but without the initial 0 (if applicable). In the “Password” field, enter your last name in capital letters. Include spaces, hyphens and apostrophes — but do not include French accents. Click “OK.”

    Select your specialty from the drop-down menu, then click “Submit.” If your results are not yet posted, the message “Results are not available” will appear.

  3. Once you have accessed your results, you can view them on screen, print the page or email it.
  4. If you are using a university computer or any other shared computer, remember to shut down the web browser after you have viewed your results, otherwise the next person will have access to your information.

Please note that outdated browsers cannot access secure servers because their root certificate has expired.
